About the role
You will design and maintain the Building Information Modelling architecture for Hextal/Lab's digital twin platform, used across 2,140 active projects. Working from our Delft innovation hub, you will define data standards, develop interoperability protocols, and build the tooling that enables 1,200 software engineers and BIM specialists to deliver consistent, auditable digital representations of physical infrastructure.
What we are looking for
- MSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Geomatics, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM management or digital engineering within AEC
- Expert knowledge of IFC standards, openBIM workflows, and CDE platforms
- Proficiency in at least two: Revit, Bentley, Solibri, or equivalent BIM authoring tools
- Experience with digital twin platforms and IoT data integration
- Fluent English; Dutch language skills are an advantage
